There are additional charges being made to us by our courier to dog food deliveries to the Highlands and other distant places.

This page details all the additional shipping costs that we have to charge to certain areas.

Zone C - per consignment will be £11.50 extra

AB31 to AB 38, AB40 to AB56,IV1 to IV28,IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40,IV52
to IV54,IV63,KW1 to KW14,PA21 to PA38,PH4 to PH41,PH49,PH50,Northern
Ireland(BT).

Zone D - per consignment will be £16.50 extra

PA49,PA60 to PA78,PH42,PH43,PH44,ZE,IOM,Republic of Ireland,Channel

These charges are in addition to the £5 postage for 1 £15kg bag of food - 2 bags or more is free postage but the above charges will then be added if applicable.

The courier used by Challenge dog foods run a 48 hour delivery service (for orders processed before midday). If there is no-one at home to sign for the food it will not be left but a card will be left offering a telephone number for the local depot so that the food can be collected. If delivery instructions are given, i.e. leave in garage - the food will be left as per instructions. However we can accept no claims against non deliveries where specific delivery instructions have been given.

Should any delivery not be delivered within 72 hours (3 days) please contact the office so that a trace can be put onto the consignment. Any claims for non delivery must be made to us within 4 days - after that we cannot make a claim against Business Post.
